"Our journey in the chocolate business started with a legacy. Our mother, Harsha Jain, began this venture 22 years ago when artisanal chocolatiers were rare in Bombay. Her passion and craftsmanship inspired us, and in 2012, we took over with professional training to elevate her vision. Ankita, as the chef, perfected the recipes, while Anuja led packaging and business operations.
One of our biggest challenges was earning the same trust from our loyal customers after our mother’s passing. It was a tough phase, but we were fortunate to have unwavering support from those who believed in her work. That trust continues to push us forward.
Our dream is to make the best chocolate rocks in India, showcasing the perfect blend of roasted nuts and rich flavors. Expanding to multiple kitchens is our next step, and we can’t wait to bring our signature creations to every city.
That’s why we see the Blue Bindi Project as a powerful initiative. It fosters confidence and financial independence, inspiring women to carry forward their dreams - just like we did."
