Dear Customer,

The following apps can be downloaded on PCs or phones to generate the TOTP:

• Google® Authenticator available on Google Play (WEB) and App store (WEB).
• Microsoft® Authenticator available on Google Play (WEB) and App store (WEB).
• Authy available on Google Play (WEB) and App store (WEB).
• LastPass Authenticator on Google Play (WEB) and App store (WEB).
• Bitwarden (WEB).

Steps to register for an External TOTP to be followed by Nuvama web users:

1. Enter your login ID and proceed.
2. Click on the ‘Enable to use External TOTP’ link.
3. Enter your Password and click on proceed.
4. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile.
5. Once you are logged in, click on profile tab and Enable external TOTP.
6. Scan the QR code from any of the authenticators from above.
7. Enter the TOTP received from the authenticator app and your current password, and then click on enable.
8. Your active sessions on all Nuvama platforms will expire.
9. Re-login to your account using TOTP (collect the TOTP from the authenticator app that you had used to scan the QR code initially).
