This is in continuation of our earlier email about “Edelweiss Wealth Management” changing to “Nuvama Wealth Management”.

Edelweiss Broking Limited (EBL), a part of the Edelweiss Wealth Management offering, has also now cleared all regulatory processes to transition into the Nuvama family.

I am excited and pleased to inform to you that the name of “Edelweiss Broking Limited” (EBL) has changed to “Nuvama Wealth and Investment Limited” (“NWIL”) . We will start operating with new entity name from 19-Dec-2022.

As part of the transition, we are changing our email addresses, physical infrastructure i.e., branch signboards and digital platforms to reflect our new brand name. Given below is the list of old and new details for your ready reference.

Please note that we will also migrate our e-mail domain to “nuvama.com” with effect from 19-Dec-2022. Hence, we request you to note the same and update our email ids in your contact list.

Our new name NUVAMA is a unique word and an embodiment of the fresh new perspective that we bring to creating and managing our clients’ wealth. ‘Vama’ stands for wealth and prosperity in Sanskrit; and Nuvama stands for our obsession with customer centricity in everything we do, making us the partner of choice at every step of your journey.

At the operating level, I would like to assure you that there will be no impact on your accounts, the RMs/partners who interact with you, your investments, transactions, monies, securities and your overall experience. While our name has changed, our PAN, GST number, Bank account numbers, Depository details and Address shall remain the same as present in your records.

The terms of the agreement executed between you and EBL shall continue to be valid and binding and NWIL shall adhere to all the terms and conditions of the said agreement.
